Founded and directed by Javier Blanco, METRO was born in 2007 with the aim to promote contemporary art and to boost cultural live, occupying a mediation space between the artists atelier and the collectors, between the creator and the consumer of culture. With a multidisciplinary program, our purpose is to create spaces of dialog and participation which encourage the access to art without prejudices. During these years, we have curated and produced multiple art exhibitions, music cycles, performance journeys, assisted to art fairs and contributed to the creation of a great number of new collectors.ionistas.
